Salvador Vargas, M.D.  Oncologist  -    Dr. Vargas is a licensed physician in Mexico, highly experienced in Chronic Disease, Cancer, Alternative and Conventional treatments. Graduate School of Medicine, Universidad Autonoma de Puebla, Mexico.  Dr. Vargas has over 34 years in advanced cancer oncology and before working with ICCA was Chief of Oncology at the internationally recognized G-SAM Medical Institute in Seoul, South Korea. 


Heberto Schramm, M.D.   -   Licensed Surgeon, Stem Cell Clinician, and Researcher; Graduate School of Medicine, Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Baja California. Dr. Schramm is a licensed physician and twenty-three-year practicing surgeon with emphasis in Oncology and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Schramm is also a trained researcher in Genetics with a particular focus in Cancer Research and Clinical Efficacy, as well as a Clinician and International lecturer on Allo, Autologus, and Xeno Cell transplantation.


Leonard Makowka, M.D., Ph.D., F.R.C.S.(C.), F.A.C.S.   -   Over the past 30 years, Dr. Makowka has transitioned himself as a distinguished clinical and transplantation surgeon and medical researcher to a successful entrepreneur, advisor and board member in a wide range of industries. Since receiving his M.D. degree from the University of Toronto Medical School in 1977 and his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto in Pathology in 1982, he has published over 400 articles and chapters in both clinical and basic scientific research publications.

Well known for his prolific, scientific research on organ regeneration and transplantation, he is a leader in the field of hepatic science (relating to the liver). In 1989, Dr. Makowka was the youngest doctor ever to be appointed as Chairman of the Department of Surgery of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and served as Director of Transplantation Services as well.

Dr. Makowka is retired from the active practice of medicine and has experienced a successful career in developing investment and business strategies for companies in the healthcare, life sciences, finance, and other industries.
